Update July 2021: New Success for All Phonics programme validated by DFE

Success for All Phonics is a new complete Systematic Synthetic Phonics (SSP) programme which has been validated by the DFE. Our new phonics programme – backed by 20 years’ evidence-based research and practice – will be launched for schools in November 2021.

We will be running a series of free online workshops for schools which provide an overview of SfA Phonics from September 2021.   Schools will be able to review sample materials for SfA Phonics on our website in September 2021 including our programme overview, scope and sequence, decodable reading books and teaching resources.

Our KS1 programme which focuses on securing phonic knowledge and building independent readers and writers.

Our KS2 programme which aims to develop advanced reading comprehension and writing skills.

Our engaging KS2/3 intervention programme is specifically designed for children with lower reading ages.

A highly effective, consistent whole-school teaching and learning approach which forms the foundation of the entire SfA programme. 

A basic SfA package includes a number of annual days with one of our highly trained and expert consultants.
